Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Leasing Manager to oversee apartment rentals, move-ins and move-outs, and lease renewals. The role emphasizes driving maximum occupancy and ensuring resident retention and client satisfaction.

The position requires strong customer service, experience with property management systems such as Yardi, and the ability to train leasing staff. A high school diploma and at least one year of leasing experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Basic level knowledge with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Must read, write, and converse in English.

Responsibilities

• Market apartments and interact with prospective and current residents.
• Train and coach leasing consultants to optimize performance.
• Maintain accurate traffic and lease documentation.
