Job summary

Avenue5 Residential in Phoenix is seeking a Leasing Consultant to coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs and lease renewals. You will interact directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and resident satisfaction.

We value excellent customer service, the ability to qualify applicants, prepare lease documents and manage move-in paperwork. Proficiency with Yardi Voyager and Microsoft Office is preferred; a valid driver's license

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Minimum of one year of previous sales experience is preferred.
• One year of previous residential leasing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs and lease renewals.
• Interact directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and resident retention.
• Qualify prospective residents, lease apartments, and prepare lease documentation.
• Complete move-in paperwork and processes and ensure model apartments are tour-ready.
• Maintain accurate traffic activity records and follow up with prospects by phone or email.
