Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Part-Time Leasing Consultant to coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals. You will interact directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and ensure resident retention and client satisfaction.

The role requires a high school diploma, with preferred 1 year of sales and 1 year of residential leasing experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Minimum of one year sales experience preferred.
• One year of previous residential leasing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and ensure resident retention and client satisfaction.
