Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant to coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, and renewals. You will engage with prospective residents to maximize occupancy and ensure satisfaction, while maintaining property records and ensuring a welcoming, well-maintained leasing experience.

Ideal candidates have strong customer service skills, familiarity with leasing software, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum one year of sales experience preferred.
• One year of residential leasing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and retention.
• Generate traffic, qualify leads, lease apartments, and prepare lease docs.
• Ensure model apartments are tour-ready and orient residents to the property.
• Process renewal paperwork and maintain accurate records of traffic.
