Zusammenfassung

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Consultant to coordinate the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, run background checks, prepare leases, and ensure smooth move-ins.

Responsibilities include marketing the community, using online tools, managing data in OneSite or Yardi, maintaining show units, following up with prospects, and supporting lease renewals.

Qualifikationen

• Must be able to obtain licenses as required by state/local jurisdictions.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Aufgaben

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours and show apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and background checks, prepare lease and move-in package.
• Schedule move-ins and coordinate with maintenance for move-in readiness.
• Design and implement marketing plans to drive occupancy and revenue.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to encourage lease renewals and satisfaction.
