Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Leasing Specialist to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies across our communities. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare lease and move-in packages to drive occupancy and revenue.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, perform credit and background checks, and prepare lease packages.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and coordinate maintenance needs to ensure move-in readiness.
• Develop short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy and follow policies on concessions.
• Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic (Craigslist, Facebook, email, etc.) and manage referrals.
• Use on-site software to track availability, traffic, and resident data.
• Ensure show units meet quality standards and prepare leasing office for daily activity.
• Follow up with prospects to finalize lease decisions and renewals.
• Prepare lease renewal letters and packages and reach out to renewing residents ahead of move-out dates.
