Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for a 329-unit community in Los Angeles. You will greet prospects, show apartments, process applications, perform credit and background checks, and ensure smooth move-ins and renewals.

Weekend/evening hours required. Responsibilities include marketing plan execution, online advertising, and maintaining show-unit quality.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of Leasing experience or related sales experience.
• Lease filing, processing applications, credit checks, and move-in coordination.
• Ability to develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, show apartments, and process applications.
• Prepare lease and move-in package; ensure smooth move-in and sign-off.
• Follow up with prospects to secure leases and renewals; communicate with residents.
• Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic and occupancy; leverage online platforms.
