Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Consultant to execute marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies that drive occupancy and revenue while delivering exceptional resident experiences. You will guide prospects through tours, manage applications, and collaborate with the on-site team to maintain show-ready units.

The role requires weekend availability, strong communication, and a customer-first mindset within a busy property environment. On-site position with standard leasing activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, hospitality, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years minimum experience in sales, marketing, internet and customer service settings with ability to resolve issues and manage records.
• Proven ability to read, write, and communicate effectively to explain apartment features and close leases.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct property tours, show apartments, process applications, and coordinate move-in.
• Manage leads, record data, and follow up with prospects within 24 hours to drive lease closures.
• Develop short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy and adjust pricing/concessions as needed.
