Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Leasing Agent to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for our community. You will welcome prospects, conduct tours, process applications, run credit/background checks, and prepare lease documents to ensure a smooth move‑in.

You will stay informed about market conditions, implement short- and long‑term marketing goals, and drive occupancy through onsite programs and referrals. Position requires flexible scheduling and valid driver’s license.

Competenze

• Must have valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Ability to stand, walk, and/or sit for extended periods and work flexible schedule.
• Experience with leasing software and marketing programs to boost occupancy.

Mansioni

• Performs all sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Inspects apartments prior to move‑in and coordinates with maintenance.
• Develops and implements marketing plans to sustain occupancy and drives traffic to the community.
• Uses on‑site property management software to track availability and leasing activities.
• Follows up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction and lease renewals.
