• Maintain knowledge of market conditions and execute marketing plans to sustain occupancy.

Responsibilities

• Performs all sales and leasing activities to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Inspects apartments and coordinates maintenance for move-in readiness.
• Executes marketing activities to drive traffic via online and on-site channels.
• Tracks leasing data and demographics using property management software.
• Ensures show units meet company standards and prepares the leasing office daily.
