Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies at our on-site communities. You will guide tours, process applications, and ensure a smooth move-in experience for residents.

You will also monitor market conditions and implement plans to sustain occupancy and revenue. Daily responsibilities include qualifying prospects, conducting tours, processing applications, and preparing leases.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing or property management is a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are required.
• Ability to develop and execute marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
