Qualifications

• Experience in leasing or sales for multifamily properties.

• Ability to design and execute marketing plans to drive traffic and occupancy.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, qualify leads, conduct tours, process applications and screenings.
• Prepare lease and move-in packages; ensure smooth move-in and sign-off.
• Monitor market conditions; implement short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
