Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for a property with 640 units. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, screen credit and background checks, prepare lease packages, and ensure a smooth move‑in.

You will perform move‑in readiness inspections, monitor market conditions, and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Incumbents must have all licenses and/or certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions.

Responsabilités

• Perform all sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Inspect apartments prior to resident move‑in and ensure move‑in ready condition.
• Develop and implement short‑ and long‑term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic to the community.
• Use on‑site property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability and data.
• Ensure show units meet company standards and keep leasing offices prepared.
• Follow up with prospects and new residents to finalize leases and renewals.
• Prepare lease renewal letters and packages for renewing residents.
