Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Associate to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for a residential community. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, perform background checks, and prepare lease packages for move-in.

You will inspect units, track occupancy, and implement marketing plans to maximize occupancy and retention. The role supports strong resident relations and renewal activity.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing and property marketing preferred.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Perform leasing activities to achieve occupancy and revenue goals (greeting prospects, tours, applications, background checks, lease signing).
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and coordinate with maintenance.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy and drive traffic.
• Design and execute marketing activities and employer outreach to boost occupancy.
• Use property management software to track availability and leasing activities.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction and renewals.
