Job summary

Greystar is seeking a leasing professional to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for occupancy goals. You will greet prospects, conduct apartment tours, process applications, and ensure smooth move-ins, while monitoring market conditions and implementing marketing plans to sustain occupancy.

The role uses on-site software to track traffic and leasing activities and supports renewal processes.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Licenses and certifications as required by state/local jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Greet, qualify, and show prospects; process applications and leases.
• Maintain move-in readiness; coordinate with maintenance for readiness.
• Develop short/long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Design marketing activities and drive traffic via Craigslist, social media, email.
• Track availability and leasing activities using show unit data in software.
• Follow up with prospects to secure leases and renewals.
