Qualifications

• Greeting and qualifying prospects to drive tours and lease signings.
• Coordinate move-in packages and ensure move-in readiness.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy and revenue.

Responsabilités

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications and screenings.
• Schedule and coordinate move-ins, ensure units are ready for occupancy.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to maximize lease renewals and satisfaction.
• Support renewal letters and packages, coordinate with management for timely renewals.
• Respond to resident and owner inquiries promptly and professionally.
