Job summary

Greystar in Phoenix is seeking a Leasing Professional to coordinate marketing, leasing and renewal strategies. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, run credit checks, prepare move-in packages, and secure lease signings while maintaining resident satisfaction.

You will leverage on-site software to track availability, traffic, and resident data, and collaborate with maintenance and marketing teams to sustain occupancy and revenue growth at the community.

Qualifications

• Experience greeting and qualifying prospects and conducting tours.
• Ability to process applications, screen credit and background checks.
• Comfort with lease signing, move-in packages, and renewals.
• Familiarity with on-site property management software.
