Job summary

Greystar is seeking a leasing professional to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies, driving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention. You will manage tours, applications, credit checks, and move-in packages to ensure a smooth leasing process.

The role requires creating short- and long-term marketing plans, staying informed about market conditions, and following policies on concessions and programs to boost occupancy.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing and tenant screening
• Ability to coordinate tours and process applications
• Strong understanding of market conditions and occupancy goals
• Valid driver’s license for on-site operations

Responsibilities

• Perform all sales and leasing activities to meet revenue and occupancy goals
• Inspect apartments and coordinate move-in readiness with maintenance
• Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy
• Coordinate lease renewals and communicate with residents
