Job summary

Avenue5 Residential in Plano is seeking a Leasing Consultant to coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals while delivering exceptional service to prospective and current residents.

You will conduct tours, qualify prospects, prepare lease documents, and maintain accurate records. Strong communication, organization, and knowledge of Yardi Voyager or similar systems are desired.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum one year of previous sales experience preferred.
• One year of previous residential leasing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and retention.
• Qualify prospects, schedule tours, and prepare lease documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of traffic and leasing activity in the system.
• Process renewal paperwork and ensure monthly delivery of documents.
• Conduct property tours and orient residents to the community.
• Assist with planning resident activities to boost retention.
• Support management with clerical tasks and invoices.
