Avenue5 Residential in Lewisville, TX is seeking a Leasing Consultant to coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals, while engaging with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy.

You will deliver excellent customer service, qualify prospects, prepare lease documents, and maintain accurate records. Yardi Voyager and Microsoft Office experience are preferred, with a focus on empathy, organization, and responsiveness.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Previous sales experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate rentals, move-ins, move-outs and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and retention.
• Qualify prospects, prepare lease documents and complete move-in paperwork.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of traffic and leasing activity.
• Assist with weekly leasing reports and ensure daily open/close procedures.
