Avenue5 Residential, LLC Career Center in Texas is seeking a Leasing Consultant to coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals. You will interact with prospective and current residents to drive occupancy and retention while delivering outstanding service.

The role requires strong communication and organizational skills. You will work with Yardi Voyager and Microsoft Office, maintain records, tour model apartments, and support maintenance and management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• At least 1 year of sales experience preferred.
• At least 1 year of residential leasing experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Yardi Voyager or similar system preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain resident satisfaction.
• Prepare lease documentation and complete move-in paperwork.
• Maintain accurate records of traffic and follow up with prospects.
• Tour model apartments and coordinate move-in/out with maintenance.
• Generate weekly leasing reports and track procedures.
