Ideal candidates will manage on‑site software, stay informed of market conditions, and collaborate with maintenance and leasing teams to ensure a high‑quality show unit and smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing apartments and processing applications.
• Ability to coordinate with maintenance for move‑in readiness.
• Familiarity with on‑site property management software (OneSite, Yardi).
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Performs all sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals by greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting tours, processing applications, and preparing lease documents.
• Inspects apartments prior to move‑in and coordinates maintenance needs for readiness.
• Designs and executes marketing activities to drive traffic and occupancy, including referrals and online marketing.
• Uses OneSite/Yardi to track availability, traffic, and resident data.
• Follows up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction and lease renewals.
• Supports lease renewal program with communications and packages.
• Addresses resident concerns promptly and coordinates with appropriate teams.
