Qualifikationen

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, credit screening, and background checks, and prepare lease packages.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and coordinate maintenance needs for move-in readiness.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy and revenue.
• Design marketing activities to drive traffic to the community using various channels.
• Use on-site software to track availability, traffic, leasing activity, and resident data.
• Ensure show units meet company standards and maintain leasing office readiness.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to confirm lease decisions and renewals.
• Support lease renewal processes by preparing renewal letters and packages.
