Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Leasing professional in Phoenix to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies. You will drive occupancy, revenue, and resident retention by guiding prospects through tours, processing applications, and ensuring smooth move-ins across our communities.

Responsibilities include implementing marketing plans, using OneSite/Yardi for data, and coordinating renewals. Strong customer service and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Licenses required by state/local jurisdictions.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and qualify leads, conduct tours, process applications and leases.
• Inspect units for move-in readiness and coordinate with maintenance.
• Develop and execute marketing plans to sustain occupancy and revenue.
• Create traffic using online tools and referrals, following marketing plans.
• Track availability and leasing activity using property management software.
• Prepare lease renewals and communicate with renewing residents.
• Respond promptly to resident or owner questions and resolve issues.
