Greystar seeks a leasing professional to coordinate community marketing, leasing and renewal strategies to drive occupancy and revenue. You will welcome prospects, conduct tours, process applications, perform background checks, and prepare leases to ensure a smooth move-in process.

Responsibilities include inspecting units, maintaining show quality, tracking traffic with OneSite/Yardi, and driving marketing campaigns to boost occupancy. Strong customer service and market awareness are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating leasing, marketing and renewal strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Ability to greet, qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications and perform credit/background checks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate leasing activities to achieve occupancy and revenue targets; greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare leases.
• Inspect apartments before move-in and ensure units are ready; coordinate with maintenance for outstanding items.
• Monitor market conditions and implement short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic (Craigslist, Facebook, email, and other sites).
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, traffic, and resident data.
• Ensure show units meet company standards; prepare leasing office for daily activities.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to confirm lease decisions and renewals.
• Support lease renewal processes by preparing renewal letters and coordinating with renewing residents.
