Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies across the community to hit occupancy and revenue targets. You will lead tours, process applications, and manage the move-in process while ensuring resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.

Responsibilities include inspecting units, coordinating with maintenance, implementing marketing plans, and using OnSite/Yardi to track data and leases.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and leasing activities.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of marketing strategies to drive occupancy.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours and show apartments.
• Process applications, credit screening, and background checks.
• Prepare lease and move-in packages, ensure smooth move-in and signing.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and coordinate with maintenance.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Track availability and leasing activities using property management software.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction and renewals.
• Support lease renewal process by preparing renewal documents and contacting renewing residents.
