Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Leasing Associate to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies across the community. You will drive occupancy and revenue by greeting prospects, showing apartments, processing applications, and coordinating renewals with the on-site team.

You will also inspect units, implement marketing plans, and use OneSite/Yardi to manage data, ensuring show-ready conditions and high resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing and sales to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Ability to greet, qualify prospects, tour communities, and process applications.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare leases.
• Inspect apartments and ensure move-in readiness.
• Develop short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Design marketing activities to drive traffic and utilization of online tools.
• Track availability and leasing activities using on-site software.
• Prepare renewal letters and packages for residents before move-out dates.
• Respond promptly to resident and owner questions and concerns.
