Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a leasing-focused professional to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies on-site. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, perform credit and background checks, and ensure smooth move-ins and renewals.

Responsibilities include updating occupancy plans, implementing marketing campaigns, and leveraging OneSite/Yardi to manage data and leasing activity.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing or sales preferred.
• Valid driver's license to operate golf carts on property.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads and qualifies prospects, conducts tours, processes applications, and prepares lease packages.
• Inspects apartments and coordinates move-in readiness with maintenance.
• Develops short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Creates traffic through online marketing and referral programs.
• Uses property management software to track availability and leasing activities.
• Prepares lease renewal letters and coordinates renewals with residents.
