Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Leasing Associate to drive revenue and occupancy at our communities. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, perform credit checks, and prepare lease documents to sign with new residents.

You will inspect units, coordinate with maintenance, and implement marketing initiatives to attract traffic. Proficiency with OneSite or Yardi is expected to track data and support renewals.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and leasing to meet occupancy goals.
• Ability to greet, qualify prospects, and close leases.
• Knowledge of local market conditions and marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare leases.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and coordinate maintenance as needed.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy and drive traffic.
• Use OneSite, Yardi, and other PMS tools to track availability and data.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to finalize leases/renewals.
• Support lease renewal activities and communicate with residents.
