Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Leasing Associate to coordinate the community's marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals. You will manage leasing activities, greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and help secure new residents and renewals.

You will rely on OneSite/Yardi to track vacancies, ensure show units meet standards, collaborate with maintenance, and implement marketing plans to drive traffic.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing and marketing real estate.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple prospects and close leases.
