Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Leasing Specialist to coordinate marketing, leasing and renewal strategies at a dynamic community. You will conduct tours, process applications, screen candidates, and prepare leases, ensuring a smooth move-in and maximizing occupancy.

You will implement marketing plans, track traffic with OneSite/Yardi, and maintain show units to a high standard. The role requires strong communication and responsiveness to resident needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing and resident selection processes.
• Ability to market and drive occupancy with plans.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform all sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals, greeting prospects, conducting tours, processing applications, screenings, and preparing leases.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and coordinate with maintenance for any items.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy and follow programs for concessions and specials.
• Design and execute marketing activities to create traffic, including referrals, employer outreach, and internet marketing tools.
• Use on-site property management software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to track availability, traffic, and resident data.
• Ensure show units meet company standards by inspecting marketing corridors and coordinating maintenance and merchandising.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction and finalize lease decisions.
• Assist lease renewals by preparing renewal letters and meeting renewing residents before move-out dates.
• Respond promptly to resident or owner concerns and document requests for action.
