Qualifications

• Experience with leasing and marketing to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Familiarity with property management software (e.g., Yardi, OneSite).

Responsibilities

• Perform all sales and leasing activities to meet occupancy and revenue targets, including tours, applications, credit checks, leases, and move-in.
• Inspect show units and coordinate maintenance to ensure move-in readiness.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy and drive traffic.
• Drive traffic via online listings, referrals, and community outreach programs.
• Track leasing activity and demographics using on-site software and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare lease renewal letters and packages, and manage renewal processes on time.
• Respond promptly to resident questions and issues to ensure satisfaction.
