Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Specialist to coordinate marketing, leasing and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and ensure a smooth move-in.

Responsibilities include inspecting units, implementing marketing plans, using property management software, and following up with prospects and residents to drive lease signings and renewals.

Qualifications

• States license/certifications as required by jurisdiction
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property

Responsibilities

• Greeting and qualifying prospects; conduct tours and show apartments
• Process applications, credit screening, background checks
• Prepare lease and move-in package; ensure smooth move-in and signing
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in; coordinate maintenance needs
• Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy
• Track availability and leasing activity using on-site software (OneSite, Yardi)
• Follow up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction
• Prepare lease renewals and contact renewing residents in advance of move-out dates
