Greystar seeks a Leasing Professional to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies across a community. You will greet prospects, tour properties, process applications, and ensure a smooth move-in and renewal process.

Responsibilities include inspecting units, staying informed on market conditions, and implementing marketing plans to boost occupancy, while using OneSite/Yardi to manage data and show units to potential residents.

Qualifications

• Sales and leasing experience to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to greeting prospects, conduct tours, process applications and credit checks.

Responsabilités

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, and schedule move-ins.
• Process applications, run background checks, prepare leases, and coordinate move-ins.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Design marketing activities and drive traffic using internet tools.
• Track availability and leasing activities using on-site software.
• Ensure show units meet company standards and prepare leasing office daily.
• Follow up with prospects and renewals to secure leases.
• Support lease renewal letters and communications with renewing residents.
• Respond to resident/owner concerns promptly and document requests.
