RangeWater Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant to drive occupancy and revenue by leasing to new residents, handling applications, screenings, and move-ins. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, prepare lease documents, and ensure a smooth move-in.

You will also design offsite marketing, engage in internet marketing and referrals, monitor market trends, and help maintain property appearance and safety while delivering excellent resident service.

Qualificações

• Essential requirement: must be available to work on weekends when scheduled.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and qualify prospects face-to-face, conduct property tours, process applications, credit and background checks, prepare lease and move-in package, and ensure smooth move-in and lease signing.
• Design and execute offsite marketing activities to drive traffic to the property, including referrals, employer outreach, internet marketing and social media.
• Monitor market and economic trends and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy and leasing results.
