Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to execute marketing, leasing and renewal strategies to hit occupancy and revenue goals. You will greet prospects, conduct property tours, process applications, run credit checks and prepare lease paperwork.

You will also support offsite marketing, analyze market trends, stay updated on tools like Entrata/Yardi/OneSite, and ensure show units meet standards.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Background in Property Management, Sales, Marketing, or Customer Service preferred.
• Availability to work weekends as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Lease to new residents and renewals to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Greet prospects, conduct property tours, process applications, and perform background checks.
• Prepare leases, move-in packages and ensure smooth resident sign-off.
• Design and implement offsite marketing to drive traffic using internet tools and referrals.
