RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to drive leasing and marketing activity at our multifamily communities. Responsibilities include greeting prospects, conducting tours, processing applications and background checks, and preparing lease documents.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience in Property Management, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service.
• Proficiency with property mgmt software (Entrata, Yardi, OneSite).

Responsabilités

• Greet and qualify prospects face-to-face and conduct property tours.
• Process applications, credit and background checks, prepare leases.
• Manage marketing and leasing strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Ensure smooth resident move-ins and lease signing.
• Support renewal programs and respond to resident inquiries.
