RangeWater Residential, LLC seeks a Leasing Consultant to execute marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for occupancy and revenue goals. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, perform screening, and prepare lease documents to ensure smooth move-ins.

Responsibilities include off-site marketing, reporting, and supporting renewal programs, with an emphasis on customer satisfaction and adherence to company standards. Prior experience in property management is preferred.

Competenze

• Education: High School Diploma or GED. Experience preferred in Property Management, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service.

Mansioni

• Execute leasing, marketing, and renewal strategies to hit occupancy and revenue goals.
• Greet, qualify, tour, and process applications for prospects.
• Perform credit screening and background checks; prepare leases and move-in packets.
• Design and execute off-site marketing to drive traffic; use internet and social media.
• Gather market data and adjust plans; stay informed on industry tools and standards.
• Lease renewal processes: inspections, notifications, and timely sign-offs.
