RangeWater Real Estate seeks a Leasing Consultant to execute marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for occupancy and revenue goals. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare lease packages while ensuring resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.

Design and implement offsite marketing, analyze market trends, and collaborate with teams to keep units show-ready and compliant with policies.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience preferred in property management, sales, marketing, and customer service.
• Strong communication, presentation, and delivery skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct property tours, process applications, and prepare lease packages.
• Design offsite marketing to drive traffic using internet tools and social media.
• Analyze market trends and adjust marketing plans for occupancy goals.
• Enforce lease terms, manage inspections, evictions, and collections as needed.
• Support renewal programs and respond promptly to resident questions.
• Maintain property cleanliness and show-unit appearances to standards.
