Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to drive occupancy and revenue by greeting prospects, conducting tours, processing applications, and preparing lease packages. You will support renewal strategies and ensure resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.

You will design marketing activities, follow property-specific plans, and coordinate with teams to optimize occupancy and traffic. Strong communication and software proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Explicit requirement of a High School Diploma or GED with experience in property management, sales, marketing, and customer service.
• Strong communication, presentation, and delivery skills are essential for in-person leasing and resident interactions.
• Proficiency with property management software such as Entrata Yardi and One Site is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct property tours, process applications, and prepare lease and move-in packages.
• Manage leasing and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic and rental demand for the property.
