Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to execute the property's marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, screen credit and background, prepare lease documents, and ensure smooth move-ins.

You'll also design off-site marketing, follow leasing plans, analyze market trends, and support renewal programs while maintaining property appearance and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in property leasing and sales with a focus on customer service.
• Ability to greet prospects, tour properties, and close leases.
• Familiarity with screening, credit checks, and lease processing.
