You will greet prospects, show apartments, process applications, perform credit checks, and prepare lease documents to ensure a smooth move-in.

Qualifikationen

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, screen credit and background checks, prepare lease and move-in package.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and coordinate with maintenance for any outstanding items.
• Develop short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy and follow community policies on concessions.
• Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic, including online listings and referrals.
• Track availability and leasing activities using on-site software (OneSite, Yardi) and manage data.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to finalize leases and renewals; respond to concerns.
