Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC seeks an experienced Leasing/Marketing Coordinator in Phoenix to drive occupancy and revenue across our communities. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and manage renewals while ensuring resident satisfaction.

You will coordinate marketing plans, utilize OneSite/Yardi, and collaborate with maintenance and leasing teams to keep show units welcoming and standards-compliant. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Incumbents must have all licenses and/or certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate leasing activities to achieve occupancy and revenue goals, greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and schedule showings.
• Inspect apartments pre-move-in and coordinate maintenance for move-in readiness.
• Develop and execute short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy and follow policies for concessions and programs.
• Design marketing activities to drive traffic, including referrals, employer outreach, and online platforms.
• Utilize on-site software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to track availability, capture resident data, and manage leases and renewals.
• Prepare lease renewals and communicate with renewing residents ahead of move-out dates to ensure timely signing.
• Respond to resident questions and document requests, resolving issues promptly.
