Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to coordinate marketing, leasing and renewal strategies at a Phoenix community. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, prepare leases and ensure smooth move-ins and renewals.

The role requires staying informed on market conditions, implementing marketing plans and using property management software to manage data and drive occupancy. A valid driver's license is required and flexibility for evenings/weekends.

Formación

• Experience in leasing and sales activities to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Ability to greet, qualify prospects, show apartments, process applications and leases.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Perform sales and leasing activities to achieve occupancy goals by greeting prospects, tours, applications, credit screening and lease signing.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and ensure move-in ready condition with maintenance.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy and drive traffic.
• Design and execute marketing activities using online tools and referrals to drive leasing.
• Use on-site software to track availability, traffic, data and demographics of residents.
