Qualifications

• Experience in leasing or property management.
• Ability to greet, qualify prospects and conduct tours.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing, leasing and renewal strategies to hit occupancy goals.
• Process applications, credit and background checks, prepare lease packages.
• Inspect show units, coordinate with maintenance, ensure move-in readiness.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to drive lease signings and renewals.
• Contribute to marketing plans and online/internet marketing efforts.
• Support lease renewal letters and timely renewal documentation.
