RangeWater Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant to drive property marketing, tours, applications, and renewals. You will greet prospects, qualify renters, and guide them through the lease process to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.

You will also execute marketing plans, support move-ins, and maintain high resident satisfaction while ensuring compliance with leasing policies and community standards.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in property management, sales, marketing, and customer service preferred.
• Proficiency with property management software (Entrata, Yardi, OneSite).

Responsabilidades

• Greet and qualify prospects in person, conduct property tours and show apartments.
• Process applications, credit and background checks, prepare lease packages.
• Manage renewal workflow to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Assist with offsite marketing, referrals, and outreach programs.
• Respond to resident questions and ensure move-in readiness.
