Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to drive occupancy and revenue through in-person tours, applications, credit screening, and lease signings. You will greet prospects, present community features, and guide applicants through the leasing process.

This role emphasizes strong customer service, local market awareness, and coordination with marketing and maintenance teams to ensure resident satisfaction and renewals.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience in Property Management, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service background sufficient to manage the day-to-day operation of an apartment community.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications and credit checks, prepare lease and move-in package, ensure smooth move-in and lease signing.
• Complete various accounting, financial, administrative, and other reports and duties as assigned.
• Design and execute off-site marketing activities to drive traffic to the property using internet marketing and referrals.
• Gather, analyze market trends and keep informed of changes in technology and standards affecting leasing and sales.
