Job summary

RangeWater Residential seeks a Leasing Consultant to drive occupancy and revenue through effective marketing, tours, and lease renewals. You’ll manage applications, credit checks, and move-in packages, while building strong resident relationships and ensuring high show-unit standards.

Responsibilities include offsite marketing, traffic generation, and data-driven market insights to adjust plans. Strong communication and software skills are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in property management, sales, marketing or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in property management software (Entrata, Yardi and/or OneSite).

Responsibilities

• Execute marketing, leasing and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
• Greet prospects, conduct property tours, process applications and screen credit/backgrounds.
• Prepare lease and move-in packages and ensure smooth signings.
• Design offsite marketing and referral/outreach programs to drive traffic.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to secure leases and renewals.
• Inspect and maintain property presentation; respond to resident concerns and safety issues.
