RangeWater Real Estate seeks a Leasing Consultant to drive occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction by executing marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies. Duties include tours, applications, credit checks, and move-ins, while maintaining high standards of service throughout the resident lifecycle.

The role emphasizes face-to-face interactions, collaboration with teams, and a focus on market awareness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in property management, sales, marketing, and customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in property management software (Entrata/Yardi and/or One Site).

Responsabilités

• Greet and qualify prospects face-to-face, conduct property tours, process applications, screen credit and background checks, prepare lease documents and coordinate move-ins.
• Complete accounting, financial, administrative, and other reports as assigned.
• Design and execute offsite marketing to drive traffic, including referrals and employer outreach.
• Monitor market trends and competitors to adjust marketing plans and occupancy goals.
• Oversee lease renewal processes and ensure renewal documents are signed on time.
