Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Specialist to coordinate marketing, tours, and renewals for a Greystar community. You will handle applications, screenings, and lease processing to maximize occupancy and resident satisfaction while delivering a high standard of service.

You will work closely with on-site teams to prepare show units, perform market research, and implement marketing plans that drive traffic and applications. A strong customer-service focus and multitasking ability are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing and property management preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to conduct tours and screen applicants.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, and show apartments.
• Process applications, screen credit and criminal background checks, and prepare lease packages.
• Coordinate move-in; ensure units are ready and in good condition for residents.
• Follow up with prospects to secure leases and renewals; support renewal communications.
